Welcome to our official agent network platform. If you're looking to create an account or manage transactions, you must go through an official agent. Here's everything you need to know about the types of agents, their roles, and how to open an account properly and safely.

???? Agent Types and Roles

There are several types of agents in our system, each with different levels of authority and responsibility. Understanding the hierarchy will help you choose the right contact for your needs:

✅ Admin

Admins are the highest-level authority in the system. They oversee all activities, including sub-admins, super agents, and master agents. Any serious complaints should be directly reported to an admin.

✅ Sub-Admin

Sub-admins are authorized to create Super Agent accounts. If you face any issues or have complaints about a sub-admin, you must report it directly to the Admin.

✅ Super Agent

Super agents have the ability to create Master Agent accounts. If there's a complaint regarding a Super Agent, you should report it to the Sub-admin by clicking on the "Report" option next to the agent’s name or number.

✅ Master Agent (Online)

Master agents get more info can open User accounts. Complaints about a master agent should be sent to the corresponding Super Agent. Again, use the "Report" feature beside the agent’s name or number.

✅ Local Master Agent

Local Master Agents can only open user accounts. However, it's important to note that any financial transactions with local master agents are done entirely at the user's own risk. No complaints regarding local master agents will be accepted by the platform.

???? Agent List Access

To create an account, please refer to the official Online Agent List. All communications with agents must be conducted through WhatsApp only. Contact through any other platform or method will not be considered valid and will not be supported in case of disputes.

To contact an agent via WhatsApp:

Click on the WhatsApp icon next to the agent’s name.

Alternatively, save the agent’s phone number to your mobile contacts and send them a message on WhatsApp.

Ensure that you already have WhatsApp installed on your device. If not, download it from the Google Play Store or App Store before proceeding.

???? How to Create an Account

To open an account, you must go through an authorized agent. The entire process of deposits and withdrawals must also be handled only through the same agent who created your account. You are not allowed to deal with multiple agents for transactions once your account is set up.

Before opening an account, please carefully read and understand the information below:

Choose a Trusted Agent: Only proceed with an agent from the official agent list.

Direct Communication: Use WhatsApp for all communication and transaction-related discussions.

Consistent Transactions: Always conduct your transactions with the same agent who opened your account.

Never Share Information Publicly: Keep your login details and transaction information private. Don’t post screenshots or share data in public or unofficial groups.

Report Issues Properly: If you face any problems with an agent, use the designated reporting process based on their rank (Master, Super, Sub-admin).

No Responsibility for Unauthorized Deals: If you deal with anyone outside the agent list or use a different method of communication, the platform will not be held responsible for any losses.
